OnBelay Solutions LLC was developed in 2007 to assist churches, non-profits and small businesses with their bookkeeping and accounting needs at an affordable price.

 

We chose our name from a rock climbing term to be "on belay”. Just as in rock climbing the belayer assists the climber to help insure their safety and success, OnBelay can do the same for you. We work along side you, to help fill in the gap wherever your organization needs it to give you more confidence as you climb higher towards your goals.

 

We provide the following services.

- Consultation and Development of financial policies and procedures

- Performing all accounting procedures- AP/AR/GL/Payroll

- Basic website design 

 

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Arts Technology and Management with an emphasis in Cost Analysis and an Associates of Arts degree in Accounting. The most recent years of my career have been helping small non-profits and churches with their accounting and bookkeeping needs. 

 

As a volunteer bookkeeper for one organization I remember the days of trying to keep up with the ever changing world of state and federal filings. It seemed like every quarter I had to relearn everything to be done. As our organization grew so did my volunteer workload.

 

It was this need that motivated me to launch OnBelay to provide support for other organizations like ours in their financial processes.

OnBelay provides a variety of services and can offer them in many combinations to meet your specific needs. We usually work remotely but we can provide onsite training as necessary.

 

We’ll be there to help you address the questions or concerns you may have regarding financial policy and procedure, as well as good bookkeeping practices.

• General Accounting - recording all your debts and credits into our software, reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts, providing reports to help with decision making.
